HR IS Lead

Job description

We are looking for a HR IS Lead for our client – an international end client from the hotel industry.

• Job type: contract of employment, full-time.
• Project duration: long term.
• Location: hybrid working model (Warsaw, Paris, or London offices).
• Project: a new HR system - Oracle HCM is being implemented globally, further rollouts are planned for other countries.
   

Responsibilities

• monitoring, operating, and supporting HRIS application run activities;
• operating and supporting HRIS application run activities;
• third line support for internal users;
• contact with vendors.
   

Requirements

• experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, onboarding, compensation etc.) or other HRIS solution;
• extensive ITIL knowledge (problem management, incident management, change management);
• English – B2 level.
