He started working as an IT specialist already at the university. In 1999-2014, he worked at L'ORÉAL where he successfully implemented corporate ERP systems as a person responsible for technology in three Group enterprises.

Recently, he co-created the strategy of Leroy Merlin in Poland as the Director of Organisation and IT and supported the Adeo Group in the technological development of Leroy Merlin's business in Western Europe as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Shared Services Centre.

She has 14 years of professional experience, including over 9 years in team management. Currently, she combines the passion of working as a recruiter with the duties of a manager.

Adam has over 12 years of client experience, including nine years in IT. He started his career on the internal HR side, where he discovered a curiosity for working with IT professionals and learned how to combine employee and employer satisfaction. 

Constantly expanding his IT knowledge allows him to stay up to date with technology and digital developments.  Adam studied Polish philology. He also tries to translate his passion for language into business aspects – communication, creativity and reaching out to others.

For many years, he worked for internal HR as a recruiter and HR Business Partner, which allows him to fully understand the challenges our customers are currently facing.
